Raja holds tertiary qualifications and an advanced degree in marketing and through his long term personal associations with world renowned Master Planners, golf course designers, golf course operators and financial institutions has positioned Moshin Holdings to be able to provide turnkey solutions to clients in Asia and the Middle-East. The commitment of Moshin Holdings is to work closely with all stakeholders to deliver World-Class projects.

Pyxiscorp is an independent, privately owned development and project management consultancy. Lead by Mr Terry Dougherty and Mr Andrew Schroth, the senior partners have a combined experience of over 60 years in the building and construction industry as well as holding tertiary qualifications in engineering and advanced degrees in science.

These complementary skills provide SRD with the unique ability to develop and prove the business plan for a project, source the right stakeholders/partners/end users for the project, and then proceed to the enabling and delivery of the built form.
